The landlord can accommodate a guest who proves a valid passport, ID card or other proof of identity.
The start day starts from 13:00 to 16:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance. On the day of departure, the guest is obliged to vacate the room by 10:00, unless otherwise specified in advance. There is no reception in the accommodation facility, accommodation is carried out on the basis of a telephone call to 603589037, no later than 60 minutes, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
The guest has the right to use the facilities of the room with accessories, common areas and services of the accommodation facility.
Furniture must not be moved in the rooms, electrical or any other installation must not be carried out. It is not allowed to use your own electrical appliances in the rooms, except for those that guests use for their personal hygiene.
The guest is obliged to behave in the room and in other rooms of the accommodation facility so as not to cause fire and other damage to the facility. In the rooms and in the entire TRANSPET s.r.o. there is a strict ban on smoking !!!!!!!
The guest is obliged to turn off the lights every time he leaves the room, make sure that the water taps are closed, close the windows and lock the doors.
From 22:00 to 07:00, the guest behaves so as not to disturb the peace of the night.
The landlord is entitled to demand from the guest a fee of CZK 2,000 for cleaning the room in case of pollution beyond its normal use.
The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these rules. In the event of a gross breach, the management of the accommodation facility has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of accommodation services, before the expiration of the agreed period and to demand compensation for damage.
damage to health and property
The person who caused the damage is fully responsible for the damage caused to the property of the accommodation facility or to the property of TRANSPET s r.o. The paid deposit, security deposit for the stay and services will be used preferentially to reimburse these damages caused by the guest.
If the landlord is present at the accommodation facility, he will call for medical help for the guest who is injured, or arrange transport to the hospital. In the absence of the landlord, the guest will call for medical help. All subsequent medical care, except for first aid in the area of the pension, is paid by the guest himself.
The landlord is responsible for the loss of things that the guest brought into the apartment, if they were stored in a place reserved for this purpose. The landlord is responsible for money and valuables only if he took them into custody against confirmation.
provisions on domestic animals
The guest has the right, during his stay, to have a pet (dog, cat) in the room only if he bears full responsibility for it, in terms of possible damage to health and property, and only with the express written consent of the landlord. The guest is required to pay an appropriate fee for this pet. Furthermore, he is obliged to accept the ban on walking these animals in the whole area and possible cleaning after this pet in the room and in the whole area (especially excrement).
payments for the stay
For accommodation and services provided, the guest is obliged to pay prices in accordance with the valid price list. The price list of accommodation and services is located in the rooms and on the website of the accommodation facility.
The customer is obliged to pay a deposit for the stay and any other services in the amount of 100% of the total calculation at any time before the start of the stay, based on the request. The reservation will be made after crediting the deposit to the account of TRANSPET s.r.o.
In the event that it is not possible to pay for the stay in advance due to time constraints, the customer is obliged to pay the full amount in cash at the beginning of the stay or use of services.
If the customer cancels a binding reservation less than 15 days before the start of the stay, he will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of the paid deposit.
