Payment for accommodation is made without cash upon request. If it is not possible to pay cashless, it is possible to pay for the accommodation in cash at the start of the stay. The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. In case of cancellation less than 21 days before arrival, the guest will pay 50% of the total price. If the guest does not show up for the stay, they will be charged 100% of the total price.
In case an unexpected situation forces you to cancel your reservation, please do not wait until the last minute. With timely notification, you can choose another date that suits you in agreement with us.
