Payment for accommodation is made non-cash on the basis of a request. If it is not possible to pay in cash, the accommodation can be paid in cash at the start of the stay. The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the guest will pay 30% of the total price. If the guest does not show up for the stay, he will be charged 100% of the total price.
In case an unexpected situation forces you to cancel your reservation, please do not wait until the last minute. With timely notification, you can choose another date that suits you in agreement with us.
